Training center under the Florida sun
Wellington Equestrian Center
Equestrian experience par excellence
Wellington has long since evolved to become one of the world's centers for international tournament sport. Year after year the equestrian world looks forward to opulent events such as the Winter Equestrian Festival and the Global Dressage Festival. Just a stone's throw away is one of the region's most prestigious facilities – the Wellington Equestrian Center (WEC). With its excellent infrastructure, ideal conditions for people and horses as well as its attention to detail during planning, the team behind the scenes at the WEC has set itself the task of offering the best possible equestrian experience.
60 galvanised horse stalls
The boarding and training stable for show jumpers and hunters combines the picturesque backdrop of Florida with unrivalled training facilities. The horses are housed in a total of 60 powder-coated horse stalls with Röwer & Rüb "Hannover" model fronts. The fronts not only blend seamlessly into the overall picture and harmonise with the warm earth tone of the stone floor, but also appear open and inviting due to the glazing bars in the lower doors. The owner of the equestrian center stated that he opted for the German company primarily because of its quality, durability and robustness. "Then there was the attention that is paid to even the smallest details, the functionality of the stalls and the classic, timeless design."
Impeccable quality
Sometimes especially high quality is particularly evident when it is not noticeable. This is also the case here. The team commented that day after day every single horse stall works without any problems and none of the many daily routines are ever interrupted by product faults. As a result Röwer & Rüb meets its goal in the same way as the Wellington Equestrian Center – namely following its mission to guarantee the best possible experience.
"Even now, with daily use, the products look immaculate", add the owners of the stables, who not only use the stalls on a daily basis, but also the Röwer & Rüb horsewalker with an oval track roof as well as the aquatrainer. With these extra facilities the WEC offers both horses and riders optimum training and rehabilitation conditions. Individual training at the highest level is standard at the center. The manager summarised the project as follows:
"We are very satisfied with the quality, functionality, practicality and durability."
A horse-friendly home
The entire WEC was designed for the benefit, safety and health of the horses and to provide ideal training conditions. Each of the 60 horse stalls built here by Röwer & Rüb is a contributing factor, as an immaculate training center also includes a welcoming home for each and every horse.
