Lead Sales- & Service Representative
We are seeking a well-connected, motivated individual to lead sales efforts in the US market. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for equestrian excellence and the ability to travel extensively. You’ll promote Röwer & Rüb to prospective clients, collaborate with US-based contractors and the European design and installation teams, and ensure the successful delivery of every project.
Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided at our European headquarters, giving you the expertise needed to represent our product line. Experience in site preparation, building, or architectural design is not mandatory but is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings at their farms to discuss their vision and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Collaborate with the European team to draft detailed design proposals, including measurements and project specifications.
- Work with local contractors/builders to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between the European team, US clients/contractors, and logistics providers to ensure project success.
- Address any pre- and post-project concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage all documentation, including invoicing, delivery updates, and project records, in coordination with the European team.
- Travel to the company’s European headquarters for training and professional development.
- As growth allows: assist in establishing a physical office near Wellington, FL, and help grow the US sales and installation team.
Your Qualifications
- Based in Florida with proximity to Wellington, FL.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-level equestrian sport or related business roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales.
- Proven operational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong network within the equestrian industry (building/contractor contacts are a significant advantage).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
